- Yard Sale Permit - Please download and print the permit from your computer; fill in the first three lines with your name, address, and date of yard sale; mail (or drop off) with a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to: Carl Brown, Zoning Enforcement Officer, 1 Newent Road, Lisbon, CT 06351 for signing. Once signed, it will be returned to you. PLEASE NOTE: the Yard Sale Permit is not valid until signed by the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
