Submitting Applications

Go to www.lisbonct.com, Departments, Building Department. Under the Link on the page, “Forms: Permit Applications and Fee Schedule”, find the applicable application form. Print the form, fill it out completely, attach the plans and appropriate fee (checks ONLY, made out to Town of Lisbon) and other applicable documentaiton, and either mail or drop off at the Town Hall. Applications will not be processed until the following items are received:

• Applicable Fee
• Contractors' Certificates of Insurance *
• Contractor's HIC Documentation *

* These documents are not kept on file and must be resubmitted with each new application

Drop Off: Town Hall, 1 Newent Road, in-person during regular business hours or front door mail slot (drop box).

Inspections will be conducted by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

• Issue Permits
• Inspect work to assure code compliance
• Issue Certificates of Occupancy
